hire-waiter.com is an online marketplace that connects hospitality professionals (waiters, servers, chefs, and cooks) with employers in the restaurant, hotel, and catering industries. We act as an intermediary and are not a staffing agency or employer of any listed candidates.

To use the Platform you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Google account for sign-in
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile

If you register as a waiter, chef, or other hospitality professional, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and professional information
• Keep your profile up to date
• Acknowledge that your profile, including contact information, will be visible to verified employers using the Platform
• Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your qualifications

If you access the Platform to search for staff, you agree to:

• Use candidate information solely for legitimate hiring purposes
• Not share, sell, or misuse any candidate data obtained through the Platform
• Comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws
• Not contact candidates for purposes unrelated to employment

You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass or contact other users in an inappropriate manner

All content on the Platform — including design, code, logos, and text — is the property of hire-waiter.com. User-submitted profile content remains the property of the user, but by submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that job seekers will receive job offers, or that employers will find suitable candidates. We are not responsible for any employment decisions made based on information viewed on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, hire-waiter.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity or unauthorised access to your data.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any account or profile that violates these Terms of Use or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
